This Cookie Policy explains how eSIMSupra uses cookies and similar technologies to improve your browsing experience.
1. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help websites remember your preferences and improve performance.
2. Types of Cookies We Use
- Essential. Required for the site to function — language, currency, cart, cookie-consent state itself. These are always on and cannot be disabled.
- Analytics. Help us understand how travellers use the site so we can improve it. Loaded only after you accept them in the banner. Google Analytics and Simple Analytics are our two analytics providers.
- Marketing. Would support remarketing if we ran paid campaigns. Not currently wired up, but the category exists in the banner so we can add it transparently if we ever do.
- Third-party. Widgets we embed (Trustpilot reviews, payment processors, chat if we add one) set their own cookies according to their own policies. We link to those in the table below.
3. Legal basis
In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, analytics and marketing cookies are set only with your explicit opt-in, as required by the ePrivacy Directive. Elsewhere they may default to on with a clear opt-out, per local law. You can change your choice any time from the Cookie Settings button on the site.

Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) may set their own cookies during checkout for fraud detection. Their cookie policies: Stripe, PayPal.
3. Managing Your Preferences
You can accept, reject, or customize cookie preferences from the cookie banner or settings button available on our site.
You can also clear cookies and opt out at any time through your browser's own privacy settings. Doing so may sign you out of currency/locale preferences and reset your cart.
4. Third-Party Services
We rely on the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy and cookie policies, linked in our Privacy Policy section 5:
- Google Analytics — measurement (opt-in).
- Simple Analytics — privacy-oriented measurement (opt-in).
- Trustpilot — review widget on selected pages.
- Stripe / PayPal — payment processing and fraud prevention at checkout.
- Cloudflare — content delivery and DDoS protection (strictly operational; no tracking cookies).
7. Do Not Track
Most browsers offer a "Do Not Track" header. Industry consensus has moved away from this signal because support is inconsistent. We therefore rely on the cookie banner's explicit consent controls, which apply to every visitor regardless of the DNT header.
5. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Continued use of the site indicates acceptance of any updates.
