Do I need to install a new QR code?

No. Top-ups apply to your existing eSIM profile β€” same ICCID, same number, no settings to change. The data and validity simply extend.

Where is my ICCID?

On iPhone: Settings β†’ Cellular β†’ tap your eSIMSupra plan β†’ ICCID. On Android: Settings β†’ SIM manager β†’ tap the plan β†’ ICCID. It's also in your delivery email.

My eSIM has expired. Can I top up?

Top-ups are only available for active eSIMs. If your plan expired, the cleanest path is to buy a new plan β€” installation takes under a minute, and you'll have a fresh validity timer.
